Cleansing & Peace Practice (15-20 minutes)
1. Energy Cleansing (3 min)
Hold Selenite or place above your head. Visualize pure white light streaming from the crystal, washing through your entire energy field like purifying water, clearing away all stagnant or negative energy.
2. Crown Chakra Activation (4 min)
Place Selenite at your crown chakra (top of head) or hold it overhead. Feel white, silvery light flowing into your crown, opening this portal to higher consciousness.
Your crown chakra expands like a thousand-petaled lotus, connecting you directly to divine source and angelic realms.
3. Peace & Stillness (8 min)

Important Notes
Never Use Water
Selenite is water-soluble and will dissolve. Never cleanse with water. It is self-cleansing and cleanses other crystals.
